The Mayor has established a temporary Odd-Even License Plate System for gasoline purchases in NYC. Starting at 6:00 AM tomorrow, Friday 11/9/12, and continuing until further notice, passenger automobiles with license plates ending in an even number or zero shall only purchase fuel in NYC on even numbered days of the month.
