In Harlem yesterday, the ex-president tamped down questions about his return to world politics and the subsequent outburst of his wife, Hillary, who angrily told a Congolese student, “My husband is not secretary of state — I am.”

…. Clinton became agitated, saying, “My husband is not the Secretary of State, I am.” The translator, however, apparently misspoke – the student had asked for President Obama’s opinion.
