Join Jackie Robinson Park Conservancy, Inc. (JRPC) and Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, Inc. (HCCI) for food and fellowship as they celebrate the 11th Annual Lights of Hope Tree Lighting Ceremony. This year HCCI will be joined by friends, supporters and community residents to welcome “Charmaine Yates” and Member church choirs.
