We have a missing 19 year old woman, Keyla Contreras.  She was last seen on 2nd Ave in East Harlem and she is deaf/nonverbal.  She’s been missing since January 2012 she’s obviously vulnerable to all sorts of crimes because she can’t hear, scream, or talk.

We I don’t have any more details to tell you.  I’m hoping you can uncover some information that might provide a clue as to whether she’s missing voluntarily or not. Continue reading →
