Harlem rapper, Max B, was sentenced to 75 years in prison on Thursday (September 3), for putting together a robbery four years ago that left one man dead, reports NorthJersey.com.
The rapper (real name: Charly Wingate) was convicted in June, of felony murder, kidnapping, and armed robbery, among other charges, following testimony from several witnesses including his ex-girlfriend, Gina Conway.
His stepbrother, Kelvin Leerdam, was also convicted of the same charges. He was allegedly the trigger man.
According to Max’s mother, Sharon, the rapper plans to appeal the decision.
