By the time this issue hits the stand, this article may be moot. But as it stands while I write it, the Lockout imposed by the Owners is back in full effect. Last week, Judge Susan Nelson ruled that the Lockout violated the NFL’s Anti-Trust Laws. Three days later, the 8th Circuit of Appeals Court granted a stay to the injunction allowing the Owners to resume their lockout proceedings. Now what?

Tuesday July 28, Darrelle Revis from NY Jets celebrates his 24th birthday at Greenhouse with the Darrelle Revis Experience. Taking a moment to enjoy things, Darrelle has been working hard on his football career. He was drafted in the first round by the NY Jets in 2007 and has started every game. With an eye past football, Darrelle has jumped into fashion by becoming the co-owner of Loco Superstar – a t-shirt line.

On his day, Darrelle’s family, friends and supporters packed Greenhouse to party with this NY Jets cornerback. Yes! Harlem was in the building! BET Networks Harlem Heights’ ladies Briana Bigham and Ashlie Gray both worked the red carpet.

Of course a birthday is not a birthday without birthday cake. Fittingly, the cake was decorated with the NY Jets colors.

The New York Jets dismissed Eric Mangini as head coach on Monday, just one day after the football team watched its postseason hopes evaporate in Miami.

The New York Jets fired Head Coach Eric Mangini on Monday, a day after a team that harbored Super Bowl hopes with five games left failed to make the playoffs.

The Jets started the season 8-3 under quarterback Brett Favre, beating New England and Tennessee on the road in consecutive weeks and raising visions among their fans of a Super Bowl trip.
