Transform American Education

Education

Here is something Transform America is working on.

On Saturday March 7 at 10AM, we’re hosting a conference at NYU about reforming education in New York .

We’re having a Grassroots panel made up of teachers, students, administrators, and others who deal with educational issues directly.  Then we’re having breakout sessions to discuss, create solutions and draft questions concerning mentorship and after-school programs, social justice education, graduation rates, and a mission statement for the NYC DOE.

Groups will then reconvene and we will present out potential solutions and questions to the policy panel made of school and elected officials who make policy.
