On behalf of the New York City Council and our Black, Latino and Asian Caucus, I would like to invite you to City Hall on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. to view the historic moment that President-elect Barack Obama is sworn into office. City Hall will open its doors to all New Yorkers on Inauguration Day. Even though we cannot all be in Washington, DC, that day, we may still come together to view this historic event. Continue reading
