Congressman Charles Rangel announced that he will be hosting the Rangel Social Security Fair on Saturday, February 4, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Doors will open at 9:30 AM.   The event will be held at the Adam Clayton Powell State Office Building, 163 W. 125th Street – 8th Floor, New York, NY 10037.
