Cops are hunting a man who was captured on surveillance video in Harlem on Wednesday – pulling a suitcase with a dead woman stuffed inside. A passerby opened the suitcase minutes later on E. 114th St. and a leg popped out. He took off running into a nearby restaurant. Continue reading →
