The Riverside Theatre will host the 3rd annual Women’s History Month celebration coined, “An Evening with Women of Excellence in the Arts,” on Monday, March 26th at 6pm. Five phenomenal women will share an intimate discussion about their personal journeys in the industry. The esteemed panel will be moderated by Image Activist and Writer Michaela Angela Davis and will include, Lillias White, Melba Moore, Beverly Bond, Malikha Mallette, and Winsome Sinclair. This year is the fiftieth anniversary of the Riverside Theatre. To mark this milestone the theatre has planned a year of activities under the moniker “From Legacy to Promise”. The first of these events, The Legacy Breakfast, took place on March 4th at 9:30 in the morning. More than a breakfast the event was in actuality an appetizer, it was a sample designed to stimulate our interest for the exciting and innovative programming that has a hallmark of the theatre.
