A sexual predator is on the loose in Harlem after attacking a 12-year-old girl in an elevator within the 28th Precinct (a Command Center within an apartment complex), law enforcement sources said. Police are looking for a man they say sexually assaulted a woman in Washington Heights Harlem about two weeks ago.
A surveillance photo of the suspect has been released.
Police say the attack took place around 6:30 p.m. on June 21 within the confines of the 28th precinct. Continue reading
