Harlem comedian Marina Franklin is taking her punch lines to prime time as the new Big Apple correspondent for Jay Leno.

The Syracuse University grad is due back on NBC’s “Jay Leno Show,” (last) Tuesday night after her 10 o’clock debut last month.

“It’s huge. It’s the biggest break I’ve ever had,” she said yesterday, dressed in the new Almost Famous studded black jeans she bought for her second appearance. “To do this [California] show and still stay in New York, how awesome is that?”
