Last Friday, I saw the movie This is it about the the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. The movie was a rare look into the final days of Michael’s life. These images were shot with my Nokia phone right from the screen at the Magic Johnson theater on 125th Street,

the documentary was compiled from 80 hours of rehearsal and behind-the-scenes great footage of the King preparing for his 50 sold-out shows at London’s O2 Arena, scheduled for July 2009 before his death in June at age 50. There is great dance footage, pinpoint behind-the-scenes instruction, band interviews with collaborators and close-up’s with friends of the late performer are featured – the movie is hot!
