Harlem Women’s Wellness Series

The Women’s Wellness Seminar/Lecture Series is a 7-part series.  Each month a new topic will be laid out in order to cover a broader range of topics concerning women’s wellness.  The seminars/lectures will be given twice each month serving as a part one and part two.

Participants need only come to one of those sessions for the month.  The 7th and final session of the series will be a Wellness Party for all the participants.  We will come together and share in our growth while we enjoy delectable clean good food and beverages, entertainment and testimonials from you! We will bring it all together and pledge to live our best lives….
