Uptown’s Council Member Rodriguez And Others Call To Hit And Run Driver At City Hall

Uptown Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez (above) and others will call for the driver of a black Ford Econoline van to turn himself in, following a hit and run crash that left a man in critical condition on Monday morning in Midtown Manhattan. Council Member Rodriguez will call for New Yorkers from Harlem to Hollis Queens to help in the capture of the driver, who reportedly ran over the head of a pedestrian after he fell into the street following a dizzy spell.
