USA Track & Field Black Tie And Sneakers Gala 2017

The 2017 USA Track and Field (USATF) Black Tie & Sneakers Gala will take place at The Armory in Manhattan on Thursday, November 2nd, 2017. The dinner will honor Carl Lewis (Legend Award), Kathrine Switzer (Pioneer Award), as well as the 2017 USATF Hall of Fame Class of 2017 induction ceremony: Leroy Burrell, Bryan Clay, Patty vanWolvelaere, Lindy Remigino and Bill Squires. “Extra” co-host AJ Calloway will host the gala while Jordyn Rolling from the new digital series “BET Breaks” will be reporting from the red carpet. Singer/songwriter V. Bozeman and violinist Enzima will perform.

The Annual Black Tie & Sneakers Gala brings together the sport’s past and future stars to support the USATF Elite Mentorship Program and to honor distinguished athletes that have made a lasting impact on the sport. The star-studded event brings together celebrities, business executives and the sport’s greats – both present and legendary – to celebrate another successful year of Team USATF’s performances in festive attire and sneakers.
