Wishing The World Of Harlem A Happy Independence Day, One World

July 4, 2019

Happy 4th of July as we celebrate American Independence Day from Harlem to Hollywood on the Fourth of July every year.

We think of July 4, 1776, as a day that represents the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the United States of America as an independent nation.

At Harlem World Magazine we take our celebration of independence seriously, that independence is built into the DNA of our company, and my roots, my Uncle would say his editorial philosophy was to:

“…print the news whether it pinches or comforts.”

Charles Tisdale, Owner/Publisher, Jacksonville Advocate

HW’s work is rooted in that American dream that manifests itself in the greatest community in the world, Harlem.

Have a great July 4th and a happy Independence Day in your world.
