Woman In Wheelchair Slashed In Face In East Harlem

slash6n-4-webA 42-year-old woman in a wheelchair woman needed 50 stitches to close her facial wounds after a sicko randomly slashed her early Sunday in East Harlem, police said to source.

The unknown assailant cut the woman’s face with an unknown object in front of a strip mall on East 125 St. near Third Avenue at 3:19 a.m., according to authorities.

The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital for treatment, police said.

She was randomly slashed in the face by an unknown attacker in East Harlem early Sunday.

Police released surveillance footage of the creep they believe to be the slasher. The attacker is described as a black man between the ages of 18 and 25. He was wearing a black V-neck T-shirt, black basketball shorts with a white stripe down the side and white basketball sneakers.

Anyone with information in the case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577 TIPS.
