On July 22nd, 2017, State Sen. Brian Benjamin, Council member Bill Perkins, the NAACP, Barbara Askins, president of the 125th Street BID and others were on hand to present the new solar panel trash compactors to help clean up Harlem’s 125th Street and Lenox Avenue.
Refreshments were provided by The Olive Garden in Harlem, New York.
