‘One Life To Live’ Star In Harlem

Soap opera actress Tika Sumpter took break from shooting to pay a special visit to Harlem Dowling West Side Center for Children and Family Services.  The actress who portrays Layla Williams on ABC’s “One Life To Live” joined a delegation from Bronx Parent Housing Network, Inc and Migdol Organization for a tour of the agency.
