Adam Clayton Powell IV said he’s seriously considering backing Rep. Charles Rangel’s re-election bid — two years after losing a nasty Democratic primary bid to unseat the four-decade incumbent.

“I’m thinking about it. I’m considering voting for Rangel,” said Powell, the former East Harlem state assemblyman whose legendary dad preceded Rangel as Harlem’s congressman. Continue reading →
