New Construction in front of the Harlem State Office Building

We thought it worth reporting on the new construction underway on the Harlem State Office Building plaza on the northwest corner of 125th Street and Adam Clayton Powell Blvd.,.

The construction project was initiated by building manager Willie Walker, as part of a two year $11 million dollar project.
