Black History Month Play Festival to present ADAM at the Dwyer Cultural Center

The National Black Touring Circuit, (NBTC) Woodie King, Jr. Producer/Director and Voza Rivers/New Heritage Theatre Group announced their latest collaboration project, “Adam” at the Dwyer Cultural Center as part of the Black History Month Play Festival.ADAM written by Peter DeAnda and staring Timothy Simonson, is directed by Shauneille Perry.

ADAM is a dramatic, historical play set in the island of Bimini,the United States Congressional House of Representatives and Harlem’s famed Abyssinian Baptist Church. Continue reading
