Harlem’s Teyana Taylor’s Dance Workout Will Inspire You For The New Year (Video)

January 18, 2017

If you thought that hotel rooms were no place for your dance workouts, Harlem lady Teyana Taylor is here to change your mind and blow you away with her moves. After stunning the world as the star of Kanye Wests “Fade” music video, the 26-year-old Harlem beauty is back to promote her new Fade 2 Fit workout program with an amazing video from Vogue.

Turning her New York City hotel suite into a dance studio, Teyana strips down and utilizes the room’s decor for squat jumps, mountain climbers, push-ups, bedside crunches, biceps curls with some fine china, and other strength-training moves. Proving that all you need is a good beat and an open space, Teyana‘s freestyle moves have us ready to jump around and get dancing.

As if her natural inclinations to work out in the hotel room weren’t enough, her fancy ensemble makes this even more amazing. She may have a new line of workout gear, but she’s motivating us to break it down regardless of where we are or what we’re wearing.

After giving birth to her daughter in December 2015, Teyana bounced back with the craziest abs and has sworn by her dance workouts as the secret to her perfectly toned figure.

Watch Teyana‘s sweat-inducing, jaw-dropping video below, and then check out these 14 dance workouts that are so fun you’ll forget you’re working out.
